Domestic (United States) Return and Refund Policy

OEM Extenders accepts returns of new, unopened, unmodified and unused items, on orders purchased within the United States, within 30 days of the delivery date and offers FREE RETURNS or EXCHANGES if an item does not fit as stated, arrives damaged or is defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping for items that are being returned due to being ordered incorrectly or for any other buyer remorse reason, as buyer remorse returns do not qualify for free returns.
