Domestic (United States) Return and Refund Policy

OEM Extenders accepts returns of new, unopened, unmodified and unused items, on orders purchased within the United States, within 30 days of delivery date. If an item does not fit as stated, arrives damaged or is defective, don't worry, OEM Extenders will provide a prepaid label and a replacement or full refund, whichever the customer prefers. Customer is responsible for return shipping on items that are being returned to being ordered incorrectly or for any other buyer remorse reason. Once your return is received back at our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).

International (Canada and Mexico) Return and Refund Policy

OEM Extenders accepts returns of new, unopened, unused and uninstalled items, on orders purchased within Canada and Mexico, within 30 days of the delivery date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. All international (Canada and Mexico) returns should be sent via Correos de Mexico or Canada Post to the following address...
