Domestic (United States) Shipping Policy

OEM Extenders domestic (United States) orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 10AM to 2PM EST, excluding all federal holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. We offer the following services for all domestic (United States) orders.

  • Standard (FREE) : 1 - 6 Business Days (USPS Ground Advantage)
  • Expedited ($8.50) : 2 - 4 Business Days (USPS Priority Mail)

Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We do not offer local pickup.

OEM Extenders will replace any package that is lost or damaged in transit, as per the USPS tracking number. If the contents of your package do arrive damaged, please contact us immediately to make a claim. You can contact us here LINK TO CONTACT INFORMATION. 

International (Canada and Mexico) Shipping Policy

OEM Extenders international (Canada and Mexico) orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 10AM to 2PM EST, excluding all US federal holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. International orders (Canada and Mexico) are not delivered on weekends or holidays. We offer the services for all international (Canada and Mexico) orders. 

Canada

  • Standard ($24.80) : 5 - 20 Business Days (USPS First Class International)
  • Expedited ($30.90) : 6 - 10 Business Days (USPS Priority Mail International)

Mexico

  • Standard ($25.35) : 5 - 20 Business Days (USPS First Class International)
  • Expedited ($40.25) : 6 - 10 Business Days (USPS Priority Mail International)

OEM Extenders does not pre-pay any customs duties or VAT. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. All prices are listed in USD.
