Domestic (United States / Puerto Rico) Shipping Policy

OEM Extenders domestic orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 10AM to 2PM EST, excluding all federal holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. We offer the following services for all domestic orders.

  • Standard ($49.99 or Less): USPS Ground Advantage (2 - 5 Business Days) - $3.95
  • Standard ($50 or More): USPS Ground Advantage (2 - 5 Business Days) - FREE
  • Expedited: USPS Priority Mail (1 - 3 Business Days) - $11.95

Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier, transit times are not guaranteed and any shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

We do not offer local pickup.

OEM Extenders will replace any package that is lost or damaged in transit, as per the USPS tracking number. If the contents of your package do arrive damaged, please contact us immediately to make a claim. You can contact us here LINK TO CONTACT INFORMATION.
